Slain By Cupid.

  Cupid's darts have been flying thick and fast, but only one victim 
seems to have been slain in this community.  On Christmas eve, Mr. 
James McClosky led to Hymen's altar Miss Esther Miller, and the twins 
were made one flesh by Rev. Barron.  May their bark be launched in a 
peaceful stream and moored without a ruffle in some beautiful haven.
