A beautiful and most impressive home wedding was solemnized at the home of Major and Mrs. L. F. Crawford, on Logan avenue, at the stroke of 6 o'clock last evening when their only daughter, Mrs. Mabel Crawford Stevens, became the bride of Mr. Hugh F. McKnight, of Pittsburg. Rev. Herbert W. Bieber, of the First Presbyterian church, officiated with the ring ceremony. The bride was given away by her father, Major Crawford; otherwise there were no attendants. The rendition of the Bridal chorus from Lohengrin, by Miss Josephine Seeds, announced the approach of the party and there, in the company of only their most immediate friends, the knot was solemnized. The home was beautifully decorated in green and white. A most bountiful and delicious wedding dinner was served. Mr. and Mrs. McKnight left on a late train for Washington, D.C., and other points in the south. An eloquent testimonial as to the high regard in which the contracting parties are held was the array of handsome and substantial gifts. They will reside in Pittsburg, where the groom is prominently identified in the business world. Guests from a distance were the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel McKnight, his brothers, Samuel C. and George M. (and wife) and Mrs. A. J. Morgan, all of Pittsburg.
