MEEK - LEWIS.

  A quiet little wedding took place in Baltimore, the bride, Miss Sarah 
Elizabeth Lewis, a local Baltimore girl, and Lieutenant R. Shederick 
Meek, of East Altoona, were united in marriage by the pastor Rev. E. G. 
Thompson.  The bridegroom with only a few hours leave, hurried away 
with his bride for a brief honeymoon.  Mr. and Mrs. Meek spent a few 
hours at the home of his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. David H. Meet of East 
Altoona.  Lieutenant Meek is stationed at Camp Meade, Md., with the 
Lafayette Division.  He will go back to camp and will resume his 
duties.  The couple will reside in Baltimore for the present.
