Mehaffey and Miss Sallie A. Wilson were united in marriage by Rev. Allen Sheldon Woodle, rector of St. Luke's church, the ceremony taking place at the rectory, on Thirteenth street, in the presence of the immediate relatives and friends of the bride and groom. Mr. Harry E. Ferguson officiated as groomsman and Miss Sallie Renner as bridesmaid. A very temptingly [sic] collation was served after the wedding, at the residence of Mrs. Susan E. Wilson, No. 1314 Eighth street. The presents received were both numerous and handsome. Yesterday morning Mr. and Mrs. Mehaffey departed on a visit to western cities. The groom is in the employ of the railroad company and is a very exemplary young man. The bride is the estimable daughter of Mrs. Susan E. Wilson and sister of H. P. Wilson, the confectioner.
