On Tuesday afternoon at 1.30 o'clock at the home of the bride, 1219 Eighteenth avenue, Mr. Frank Ellsworth Meloy was united in marriage to Mrs. Jennie Kinkead Moore by Rev. Henry Howard Stiles, pastor of the Second Presbyterian church. Owing to the recent bereavement caused by the death of the bride's mother there were no invitations issued, neither will there be any announcement cards. The bride has resided in this city for several years, and is well and favorably known, and is in every way fitted for a model housekeeper. The groom is employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad company as chief clerk of foreman of Altoona machine shops, which position he has held for the past eight years. The happy couple left on the 4.05 p.m. train for a trip through Kentucky and other western states. Upon their return they will go to housekeeping in this city. The high esteem in which the young couple are held was shown by the many beautiful presents received. Morning Tribune, Wednesday, June 28, 1899
