On Wednesday evening [August 9, 1919[ at ten o'clock Charles Raymond Mingel 
and Miss Jessie May Neil were united in marriage, the ring ceremony being 
used.  Mr. and Mrs. Mingel will reside in Canton, Ohio, where the groom holds 
a splendid position.  A life of Happiness and prosperity is the wish of their
