D. H. Barron, Mr. James F. Mickel, Esq., of the Bedford Gazette, to Miss Ella, daughter of the late Lewis H. Williams, Esq., of this place. On the celebration of this happy event, was given one of the finest and best gotten up parties ever held in this place, and all enjoyed themselves in a very agreeable manner. Everything in connection with the party was superb - the bridal presents were numerous, ornamental, useful, beautiful and costly. The happy and interesting young couple start life with bright prospects, and we know that our citizens wish them happiness, prosperity, and a long life of usefulness. And, the editor of this paper, to his kinsmen, and his interesting and accomplished bride, send greetings: May health, wealth, and joy ever attend their pathway through life-and when the time comes, as come it will, to all humanity, for them to take their departure from the joys and sorrows of this life, may they be prepared to enjoy the endless blessings that flow from the Fountain of Benevolence and Peace.
