The Marriage Tie.

  Yesterday afternoon Rev. B. B. Hamlin, D.D., united in marriage Mr. 
David B. Middagh, of Sheppardstown, West Virginia, and Miss Mary 
Elizabeth Taylor, daughter of Councilman Sampson Taylor.  The bride 
will leave for her new home on Monday.  Mr. Middagh is employed on the 
Shenandoah railroad, of which Mr. J. H. Sands, formerly of this city, 
is now Superintendent.  We wish the fair bride and her husband the 
compliments of the season.  May their honeymoon be perpetual and their 
prosperity unbounded.
