MILLER - HELSEL.

  Mr. David L. Miller, of Martinsburg, and Miss Mary Catherine Helsel, 
of East Freedom, were quitely [sic] joined in the bonds of wedlock by 
Justice of the Peace, C. Irwin Lewis at his office on Allegheny street 
on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the impressive ring ceremony being 
used.  The bride is a popular and accomplished young woman and the man 
of her choice is a well known blacksmith, both possessing many friends 
who will wish them success and happiness in their wedded life.  At the 
conclusion of a wedding trip to eastern cities, they will take up their 
residence at Martinsburg.
