Freedom Twp., Blair County, Pa.

CONTRIBUTOR'S NOTE: Izora Conrad was the daughter of Henry J. and Catherine 
(Stiffler) Conrad.  Justice of the Peace George Harker was Izora's uncle, 
husband of Catherine Stiffler Conrad's sister, Rachel Stiffler Harker.
