Parks and Miss Mary E. Varner, both of this city, were united in marriage by Rev. E. D. Weigle. After a brief visit to eastern places of interest the newly married couple will return to this city which will continue to be their home. Altoona Mirror, October 15, 1890 hand-written on clipping MATRIMONIAL. Last evening, October 14, at the parsonage of the First Lutheran church, 1415 Eleventh avenue, at 8.30 o'clock, the pastor, Rev. E. D. Weigle, spoke the words which united in holy wedlock Mr. Charles M. Parks and Miss Mary E. Varner, both of this city. The attendants were Mr. Charles L. Ketrow and Miss Lizzie M. Miller. The happy couple took the 9 o'clock train for Philadelphia. They will spend about a fortnight in visiting eastern cities, after which they will return to this city, which will be their home.
