Lieutenant Frank Reiser Weds Young French Lady

  Lieutenant Frank J. Reiser, a prominent young attorney of 
Hollidaysburg, has been married to Miss Marie Duci, a French girl, 
according to word received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Reiser, 
101 Canal street, Hollidaysburg.  Few particulars have been received by 
the parents and the young soldier gave but few details of the wedding.
  Lieut. Reiser, who is a graduate of the Hollidaysburg and Altoona 
High schools, and the Dickinson law school, entered the officers' 
training camp immediately following his graduation at the law school.  
He received a lieutenant's commission and because of his ability in 
judging cattle, secured while aiding his father, he was sent to 
Argentine, S.A.  There he aided in buying cattle for the government.
  When the need for officers in the American army in France became so 
great, Lieut. Reiser was transferred to that country, where he saw 
service in a number of battles of great importance before the armistice 
was signed.
  It was while on a short leave of absence, that he met Miss Duci and 
after a brief courtship they were married.
  The young soldier, who has two brothers in France, is one of the best 
known young men in Blair county, and he is the first man admitted to 
the bar in the uniform of a United States soldier.  It was shortly 
after he had been given a commission that he was admitted to practice 
in the courts of this county.
  In recent letters Lieut. Reiser gave no intimation of when he would 
return to this county, although he states that he is ready whenever his 
superiors mark him for return to America.
