RICKABAUGH - WELLAND.

  Edgar Rickabaugh, formerly a resident of Altoona, and Miss Ruth 
Welland of Los Angeles, Cal., were united in marriage in the latter 
city on Tuesday.  The bridegroom is a son of Mrs. W. E. Rickabaugh of 
430 Third avenue, to whom he telegraphed the news of his marriage 
yesterday.  He has been located in the west for some time past and has 
charge of a large ranch in California.  Mr. and Mrs. Rickabaugh will 
make their home in the west.
