R. S. O'Donnell, rector of the church. They were attended by Miss Blanche Ritchey and Ira Diehl. The young couple will take up housekeeping at Blue Knob. Altoona Times, Altoona, Pa., Friday Morning, December 20, 1918 POPLAR RUN Charles Ritchey of Poplar Run and Miss Mary Bowser of Blue Knob were united in marriage on Thursday, Dec. 19, by Rev. Father Roger S. O'Donnell of St. Patrick's church, Newry. They were attended by Miss Stella Ritchey and Ira Diehl, sister and cousin of the groom. A wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's parents to the immediate relatives of the contracting parties. They were the recipients of many handsome presents. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Bowser, of Blue Knob, the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Aden Ritchey and is associated with his father in the lumber trade at this place.
