Those Who Have Been Bound in Silken Cords the Past Week. A large company, composed of the relatives and friends of the contracting parties, assembled at the First Methodist Episcopal church Wednesday evening to witness the marriage of William B. Rohn and Miss Minda Runyeon. The ceremony took place at half past 6 o'clock, Rev. J. B. Shaver, pastor of the church, officiating. The ushers were Messrs. George Delo, Charles Billin, Clarence Postlethwaite and Frank Delo. The wedding march was exquisitely rendered by Professor H. F. Faber. After the impressive ceremony had been concluded a reception took place at the residence of the bride's father on Washington avenue, which was attended by fully half a hundred invited guests, among whom were relatives from Lexington, Ky., and Philadelphia. An elaborate supper was served at 9.30, in order that the happy couple might leave on eastern express. They will make a tour of the eastern cities, and a reception will be given them by Mr. Rohn's brother-in-law in Philadelphia next Friday evening. On their return to this city they will reside at the bride's home. The presents were numerous and especially costly, many of them being elegant designs in silver. The groom is employed as car clerk in the office of Superintendent Hutchinson, of the Altoona division, a position which he fills with credit to himself and to the satisfaction of his employers. He is a young man greatly esteemed by a large circle of friends. The bride is the amiable daughter of Mr. Martin Runyeon and is the possessor of those qualifications which go to making a good wife. An ever dutiful daughter she will make happy the man whom she has chosen as her life companion. The TRIBUNE extends congratulations and wishes Mr. and Mrs. Rohn a long life of happiness.
