The nuptials of Miss Maude Viola Brubaker of 113 East Second avenue and Herbert Elliot Ryan of 417 East Bell avenue were solemnized at St. Luke's Episcopal church Tuesday evening at 7.30 o'clock. Rev. James Lamb, the assistant rector, was the officiating minister, and the beautiful ring ceremony was used. The attendants were Miss Margaret Ryan, a sister of the bridegroom and Homer Brubaker, a cousin of the bride. The bride wore a beautiful gown of blue crepe meteor and carried white carnations, while the bridesmaid wore a white coat suit. The bride is a daughter of D. C. Brubaker, signal foreman in the railroad yards, and has been employed as a clerk in the superintendent's office of the signal department, and is a very popular and accomplished young lady. Mr. Ryan is a signal fitter in the Pennsylvania railroad yards, and is a much esteemed young man. They will reside at the home of the parents of the bride.
