Saleeby - Teeter.

  Dr. and Mrs. C. W. Delaney, of 1326 (?) Ninth street, have just 
received an announcement of the marriage of Mrs. Delaney's sister, Miss 
Laura O. Teeter, formerly of this city, to Elijah M. Saleeby.  The 
ceremony took place at Manila, Philippine islands, on December 28, 
1916.  The bridegroom is the proprietor of the American pharmacy in 
Zamboanga.  His bride is a graduate of the Altoona Hospital training 
school for nurses, and is well known in this city.  Miss Mayme Teeter, 
a sister of the recent bride and of Mrs. Delaney, was married several 
years ago to M. M. Saleeby, a hemp expert for the United States 
government and a brother of the newlywed bridegroom.  Miss Teeter 
accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Saleeby to the Philippines after their visit 
to this city last fall.
