SCHELL - CARNEY.

  Miss Lorraine Carney, of 1618 Sixteenth street, and Mr. Arthur H. Schell 
of New York City, N.Y., were married Saturday by Rev. Father Francis Liddy, 
assistant pastor of St. John's pro-cathedral.  Miss Carney is a school 
teacher at the Stevens building, while Mr. Schell recently returned home 
from France where he was in service with the 56th anti-aircraft searchlight 
engineers.  The groom will locate in New York City.
