SHAFER - MACDONALD.

  In the parlors of the First Methodist Episcopal parsonage, at 8 
o'clock last evening, Irven Hazle Shafer and Miss Adelaide MacDonald 
were married by the bride's pastor, Rev. Horace Lincoln Jacobs.  Upon 
their return after the ceremony to their home, 320 Fourth avenue, a 
wedding dinner was served.  Mr. Shafer is employed in the shops and has 
been always a popular young man among his fellow workmen.  Miss 
MacDonald is highly esteemed by those who know her.  A large circle of 
friends extend their good wishes with congratulations to this happy 
couple.
