SIMCOX - WILKINS.

  Harry E. Simcox and Miss Belle L. Wilkins, both of Altoona, were 
united in marriage at the residence of the bride's parents in 
Logantown, yesterday at 3 p.m.  The officiating minister was Rev. A. R. 
Miller, D.D., pastor of the Chestnut Avenue Methodist church.
