In the Second United Brethren church at 8 o'clock last evening Harry C. Smelser and Miss Margaret E. Keith, both of Altoona, were married in the presence of a large assemblage of relatives and interested friends. Rev. S. S. Hough, pastor of the church, officiated, using an impressive ceremony. The wedding march was rendered by Miss Dora McGlathery. Messrs. Morris, Cavender, Bush and McGlathery acted as ushers, and Roy Chester Smelser and Fannie Lehder were the children who carried the flowers. The fair bride was handsomely attired in steel blue silk, covered with white net. The groom wore conventional black. The young couple left last night for the south where they will visit relatives. The groom is a clerk for the Pennsylvania Railroad company and is a worthy young man, who has many friends who will unite in the wish for a prosperous life's voyage to the young couple.
