Gromer, 409 Sixth street, was the scene of a quiet wedding last evening when their daughter Leona A. M. Gromer, became the bride of William Joseph Smith, of Youngwood. The ceremony was performed by the bride's pastor, Alexander Lamberson, of the First Methodist Episcopal church, and the beautiful ring ceremony was used. The young couple was witnessed by the bride's immediate family and Mrs. W. A. Mench, an aunt of the groom. The bride was gowned in white crepe de chine and wore a corsage bouquet of pink rose buds, while the groom wore the courentional (sic) black. Mrs. Smith is the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gromer and is a beautiful and accomplished, well-fitted for the new duties she has assumed. The groom is employed as a machinist in the shops at Youngwood. The young couple will forego a wedding trip, and this morning leave for Youngwood were they will immediately take up housekeeping, and will be at home to their host of friends.
