Local Brevities.

  Last evening, at the parsonage of the First Methodist Episcopal 
church, Mr. Elmer K. Smith, and Miss Susie Moore, both of this city, 
were united in marriage by the Rev. D. S. Monroe, D.D.  Mr. Smith is 
one of our most estimable and industrious young men, and his bride is 
the attractive daughter of Mr. John Moore, Ninth avenue.
