Father Girard, at 1:30 yesterday afternoon. On their return to this city last evening, a big reception was given for the happy couple, at the Y.W.C.A. and at 6:30 an elaborate course dinner was served, Mrs. Witherow being the hostess and the young ladies the guests. The bride was an operator for the Bell telephone company and is a very attractive young woman possessing the qualities which will best fit her to assume the duties of her new sphere of life. Mr. Somers is an employe of the Pennsylvania railroad company and is a highly respected young man. They will take up housekeeping in Altoona.
