SPRANKLE - SMITH.

  Mr. Howard Sprnkle and Miss Carrie E. Smith were married at the 
residence of the bride's father, Mills Smith, in Tyrone, at 6 o'clock 
yesterday morning.  The ceremony was performed by Rev. William Brill, 
of Mt. Union.  The young couple were attended by Miss Emma Sprankle, 
the groom's sister, and William F. McCormick.  The bride and groom went 
to Pittsburg to visit the groom's relatives, after which they will go 
to housekeeping in Tyrone.
