Swonger - Wineland.

  Mr. Joseph D. Swonger, of Seventh avenue and Fortieth street, South 
Altoona, and Miss Martha Wineland, of Logan township, were wedded at 4 
o'clock Monday afternoon by 'Squire W. B. Fickes, of Logan township, at 
his office.  They were attended by Mr. James Wineland, brother of the 
bride and Miss Myrtle Swonger, sister of the bridegroom.  Following the 
ceremony, the couple departed for the home of the bride's mother, with 
whom they will reside temporarily.  The bridegroom is a well known 
employe of the Altoona Iron company and his bride is an attractive and 
popular young resident of Logan township.
