TERNAN - MITCHELL.

  Miss Ruth E. Mitchell and Harry C. Ternan were united in holy marriage at 
the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Arthur F. Plummer, yesterday afternoon at 
2:30 o'clock.  The pretty ring ceremony of the Episcopal church was performed 
by Rev. Frank T. Cady.  The bride and groom left later in the afternoon on a 
short wedding trip through southern cities after which they will reside in 
Piedmont, W. Va., where the groom holds a responsible position with the West 
Virginia Pulp and Paper company.  Both young people have a large circle of 
friends who offer their best wishes.
