THOMPSON - LEONARD

  A quiet but solemn wedding took place on Wednesday, July 17, at 3.30 
o'clock in the afternoon when Miss Eleanor A. Leonard became the bride 
of Mr. Lester P. Thompson at Cumberland, Md.  The ceremony was 
performed by Rev. C. R. Strausburg of the Methodist church.  The ring 
ceremony was used.  The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. 
Leonard of 509 Second street, and the bridegroom is the son of George 
Thompson of 227 East Sixth avenue.  For the present, the newlyweds will 
reside in this city.
