W. W. Bartley of the Fourth Lutheran church. Mr. and Mrs. George Whitfield, brother and sister-in-law of the bride, attended the couple at the ceremony. Mr. Ed. Wise of Juniata played the wedding march. The day was also the 21st birthday of the bride, so the evening was spent in musical and other entertainment. Some high class piano selections were rendered by Mrs. Wise and Miss Gertrude Morrow, while Mr. Wise sang and George Whitfield accompanied on the violin. At midnight, a bountiful repast was served. The bride and bridegroom received many beautiful presents. Mr. Thompson is employed in the railroad shops at Twelfth street. The couple will reside at the home of the bride, 118 Cherry avenue. In view of the fact that it was both a wedding and a birthday celebration, there was quite a large number of guests, those present being: Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Whitfield and family, Mr. and Mrs. H.
