TODD - CURRY - At St. Luke's Episcopal Church, at 3 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon, by Rev. A. Sheldon Woodle, Mr. Alexander B. Todd, of Philadelphia, and Miss Anna E., daughter of Hon J. W. Curry, of this city. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Thursday, July 1, 1880 Orange Blossoms. Yesterday afternoon St. Luke's Episcopal Church was the scene of a brilliant though quiet wedding. In the presence of their friends Miss Anna E. Curry, daughter of J. W. Curry, of this city, and Alexander B. Todd did promise to love and honor each other during their lives. The bride is a well-known and popular young lady in this city, and the groom a nephew of Colonel Thomas A. Scott and an employe of the railroad company, also of this city. The ceremony was performed at 3:30 o'clock by Rev. Allen Sheldon Woodle, the pastor. At its conclusion the young couple received the congratulations of many friends and then immediately started on their wedding tour, leaving on the Chicago express for the West. Our best wishes go with them. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Thursday, July 1, 1880
