VARNER - NICODEMUS

  Mr. Paul E. Varner, son of Mr. and Mrs. David W. Varner of 106 Chestnut 
avenue, and Miss Florence V. Nicodemus, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George 
Nicodemus, of 305 Twenty-second avenue, were married on January 29, at 
Cumberland, Md., the ceremony taking place at the First Methodist church at 
that place by the Rev. J. W. Balderton.  The bridegroom is employed in the 
Juniata shops as an apprentice.  The couple will make their home for the 
present with the groom's parents.
