WALTERS - FERGUSON.

  Victor A. Walters, of 2123 Nineteenth street, Altoona, and Miss Clara 
Ferguson, of Olean, N.Y., rural route No. 1, were happily married yesterday 
afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, at the sanctum of Justice of the Peace C. Irwin 
Lewis, on Allegheny street, by that magistrate.  Immediately following the 
ceremony the newlyweds departed on a wedding tour which will embrace points 
of interest in the east.  On their return they will take up housekeeping in 
Altoona, where a newly furnished home awaits their occupancy.  The bridegroom 
holds a responsible position with the Pennsylvania railroad and the bride is 
popular in the circles in which she moves.  The best wishes of a host of 
friends accompany them.
