Mr. Herbert Edward Watts, of Altoona, and Miss Madline Delmar Shearer, of 5521 South Park avenue, Chicago, were married at 3.30 o'clock, yesterday afternoon, in St. James Evangelical Lutheran church, Huntingdon, the pastor, Rev. Mr. Wagner, officiating. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. H. J. Ansberger, of Harrisburg, formerly of this city, while the bridesmaid was Miss Bess Long, of Huntingdon. The wedding march was played by Frank Patton, son of Superintendent T. B. Patton, of the Industrial Reformatory. The bride wore a gown of white satin and carried lilies of the valley. A luncheon was afterwards served at the home of the bride's aunt, Mrs. Mary Clouse. Mr. and Mrs. Watts left last evening for Chicago where they will spend a honeymoon of several weeks. The bride is a popular young lady, while the groom is employed by Leopold & Bigley, well known clothiers of this city. The bst wishes of a host of friends will be theirs.
