At the residence of the bride's parents, 831 Fifth avenue, last evening at 7:30 o'clock, Miss Emma De Vore and Mr. George M. Wike were united in marriage. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Henry Howard Stiles, in the presence of the immediate friends of the young people. Mr. Frank H. Smith was groomsman and Miss Nannie Yeager, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. At the conclusion of the ceremony a dainty luncheon was served, after which Mr. and Mrs. Wike were driven to their new home, 2017 Third avenue, where they will at once go to housekeeping. The bride is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. De Vore and is an accomplished young lady. The groom is employed in the Pittsburg division roundhouse.
