MARTINSBURG MATTERS.

  At the residence of Mr. David Veacth [sic], No. 114 Fourth avenue, 
April 9, Mr. D. B. Wineland, foreman of the steam roller flouring mills 
of H. M. Klepser & Co., of this village, and Miss Phoebe E. Veach were 
united in wedlock's holy bonds, Rev. F. M. Waggoner, of this place, 
officiating.  The bloom of youth and the picture of health are upon 
their cheeks and the cares and burdens rest lightly upon their brain, 
and their physical forces being in good repair a long life of 
usefulness and pleasure is before them.  May success attend the voyage.
