Marriage Announced
Mrs. Lillian McCormick, of Los Angles, California, announces the marriage of 
her daughter, Nellie Blanche, to Melvin S. Wood, son of Rev. and Mrs. John A. 
Wood, also of Los Angeles, which took place in that city on Wednesday, January 
27. 
The groom will be remembered as one of the twin sons of Rev. and Mrs. Wood, who 
were former residents of Tyrone, Rev. Wood then being pastor of the First 
Methodist Episcopal church here.  The young man is a member of the firm, “Twin 
Printers, Wood and Wood,” of Los Angeles.
Since February 10, the newlyweds have been at home at 1217 Irolo street, Los 
Angeles.  Mr. Wood’s many friends here stretch out a glad hand of 
congratulation across the states to him and his bride.
