COMING NUPTIALS.

Engagement of Miss Anne Stevenson Cass Announced

  Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kerr Cass, of Tyrone, have just announced the 
engagement of their daughter, Miss Anne Stevenson Cass, to Bernon 
Tisdale Woodle, son of the Reverend and Mrs. Allen Sheldon Woodle, of 
Narberth, Pa. Mr. Woodle is a graduate of Princeton university in the 
class of 1911, and is at present with the construction department of 
the Pennsylvania Railroad company, at Philadelphia.
  Miss Cass is now a guest at the home of her sister, Mrs. Charles T. 
Lipscomb, at Columbia, South Carolina, and the engagement will receive 
its formal announcement at a dinner to be given this evening at 
Columbia by Mrs. Lipscomb in honor of her sister and the latter's 
fianc‚. In Tyrone the announcement was made at an afternoon party to 
the young friends of Miss Cass, tendered by Miss Caroline Poorman today 
at her home on Lincoln avenue. The date for the wedding is not yet 
announced.
