Young of 124 East Twenty-third avenue. The pastor, Rev. Norman Trott, officiated at the single-ring ceremony. The bride's attendant was Mrs. Florence Brinser, sister of the bridegroom, and Frank Perry, a friend of the family, served as best man. The bridegroom is a scale inspector for the Pennsylvania Railroad company. A lovely wedding dinner was served in the Alexander hotel with a beautiful wedding cake decorating the table. Mr. and Mrs. Young left for a wedding trip to Ocean City and Atlantic City. They are now residing at their new home. Altoona Mirror, Thursday, August 5, 1948, page 3
