Samuel Koon Estate Appraisal

Blair County Appraisal and Inventory Book 1, page 103
Written: June 5, 1886
Recorded: June 9, 1886

  Personally appeared before an Alderman for the city in and for said 
county, John Louden and H. Z. Metcalf who have been duly sworn 
according to law, do say that they will well and truly, and with out 
prejudice or partiality, value, and appraise the goods and chattels, 
rights, and credits which were of Samuel Koon late of the City of 
Altoona dec'd and in all respects perform the duties of appraisers to 
the best of their skill and judgment.
   Sworn and subscribed the 5th day of June A.D. 1886 before me John 
Toole, Alderman.                    John Louden H. Z. Metcalf
  A True and Perfect Inventory and Just Appraisement of all and 
singular the goods and chattels, rights, and credits which were of 
Samuel Koon late of Altoona at the time of his death, to wit:
