I, Frank Moser, of Antis Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania, of the age of sixty years, and being of sound mind, memory and understanding, but calling to mind the uncertainty of life, and willing to dispose of whatever may remain of my worldly estate and effects, I do hereby make, publish, and declare, this my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say: I give and bequeath to my dear and faithful wife, Anna Moser, of Antis Township, County and state aforesaid, absolutely and in fee simple, all my real estate, household goods, chattels, farming implements, live stock, capital, interest thereon, life insurance, benefits from lodges or societies, death benefits, in fact everything, that I may possess at the time of my death, to be hers forever. And I do hereby appoint my beloved wife, Anna Moser, of Antis Township, County and State aforesaid, both sole executrix of this my last will and testament and guardian of our minor children, in witness whereof I subscribe my name and affix my seal. Langguth the subscribing witnesses to the above will, and being duly sworn according to law, did depose and say they were personally present and saw and heard Frank Moser the testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument and writing as and for his testament and last will, that they signed their names in the presence and at the request of the said testator and in the presence of each other, and that at the time of so doing he, the said testator, was of perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief. To Thomas G. Peoples, Register of Wills: The petition of Anna Moser of Antis Twp., in the County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania, respectfully shows: that your petitioner is the Executrix named in the last will and testament of said above named deceased, and that said will is herewith deposited for probate; that said deceased departed this life at Mercy Hospital in the city of Altoona on the 28 day of July A.D. 1924, at or about 4:30 o'clock A.M.; and that said deceased was at or immediately previous to his death, a citizen of the United States and an inhabitant of said County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania; that said deceased has not married and no children have been born to him since the execution of said Will, except as follows: That the probable value of the real property of the estate is Two Thousand Dollars, and its character is as follows: 1. Town or City property, improved, value, $---- located in ----. 2. Town or City property, unimproved, value, $---- located in ----. 3.
