In the name of God, Amen: I Rebecca Orr of Tyrone Township, Blair County and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body and of sound and disposing memory and being desirous to settle me worldly affairs, while I have strength and capacity so to do, do make, publish this my last will and testament. And ask to such worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased God, to entrust to me I dispose as followeth. I give and bequeath unto my husband Joseph K. Orr all my real and personal Estate. Except the amount of dower of my father's estate which I wish and order to be divided among my children equally at the death of my husband the same to remain in his hand without interest during his natural life. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Joseph K. Orr my husband my executor of this my will hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament where unto I set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of June 1860. Tussey and John Branstetter who being duly sworn and affirmed did depose declare and say that they were personally present and did see and hear the within named Rebecca Orr sign, seal, and execute, publish, pronounce and declare the within and foregoing instrament of writing as and for her last Will and Testament; that they signed their names as witnesses thereto in the presence of each other, and in the presence and at the request of the said testatrix and at the signing of the same the said testatrix was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief. Orr who being duly sworn did depose and say that as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Rebecca Orr deceased, he will well and truly administer the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said deceased according to law. Memorandum: Letter Testamentory were this day issued to Joseph K. Orr on the estate of Rebecca Orr, his wife, late of Tyrone Township, Blair County, deceased. An inventory of the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of the said deceased to be exhibited in thirty days from date of the Letters, and a just and true account, calculation and reckoning of this said administration within one year from the date hereof or when thereunto legally required.
