Ritchey of Juniata Township, in the county of Blair and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my executrix herein after named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. And as to all the rest of my estate which it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows, to wit: 1st I give, devise and bequeath, to my beloved wife Rebecca Ritchey, all my household and kitchen furniture of whatsoever nature and kind the same may be; and my house and lot situate in the Village of Butlersville, in the said Township of Juniata, County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a post, on West Corner near blacksmith shop, thence eastward along public road, one hundred and twenty feet to a post; thence northward one hundred and sixty-seven feet to a post; thence Westward one hundred and twenty feet to a post; and thence Southward one hundred and sixty-seven feet to the place of beginning - being the same house and lot which Jeremiah Long and Sarah, his wife, by deed bearing date the 28" day of June A.D. 1882 conveyed to the said George S.
