STERRETT - Hollidaysburg Court House, Vol. D, Page 60 Last Will & Testament of CHARLES P. STERRETT} In the name of God Amen I Charles P. Sterrett of the Borough of Hollidaysburg County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania being in delicate health, and weak in body and of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following: First: It is my will and I do direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my deceased as can be conveniently done. Second: I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Sterrett her heirs and assigns forever all my property Real Personal and mixed of whatsoever nature and kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death. In witness I the said Charles P. Sterrett have hereunto set my hand and seal 28th day of November A.D. 1873. Charles P. Sterrett and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witness thereto J.D. Lect J. Ritz Blair County ss This twentieth day of January A.D. 1876 before me A. Lingenfelter Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Blair personally came J.D. Lect and Jeremiah Ritz the Subscribing witnesses to the above will and being duly sworn according to law did depose and say they were personally present and saw and heard Charles P. Sterrett the Testator sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament, and that they signed their names in the presence and at the request of the said Testator and in the presence of each other and that at the time of so doing he the said Testator was of perfect and sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.
