I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Helen Brown (formerly Hellen Allen) the sum of five hundred dollars to be paid to her by my Executors within name tow years after my death - or if said Hellen shall die before the expiration of that period then said said sum shall be paid to her children. 2nd. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Nancy Coolbaugh all the rest of my property real and personal to have, hold and use for her own benefit and comfort during the full term of her natural life. And all of said property that may be left at the time of the death of my said wife I desire to have divided equally among my four children hereinafter named share and share alike, and their heirs and assigns forever to wit: Edwin B Coolbaugh, Eustis A Coolbaugh, Morris J Coolbaugh and Nancy Ann Lewis. And lastly I hereby appoint my said wife and my son Eustis A Coolbaugh to be the Executors of this my will, in testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 6th day of May AD 1873.
