I, Abraham Dunham of Windham Township, Bradford County, Penn being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following. First I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funeral charges as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. Second I give and devise unto my beloved wife Elsy Dunham after the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses the care of all my household furniture that I may own or occupy at the day of my death, and the part of my house that we now occupy, and two cows and wood in the woods on the place sufficient for her firewood, and a comfortable living of, from or out of the use of the farm during her natural life. Third I give and bequeath to my oldest daughter Mary Dickerson twenty five dollars, the same to be paid to her by my executor out of the avails of my property within six months from the day of my death and it is not to draw interest untill (sic)the day of my death. Fourth I give and bequeath to my oldest son George Dunham one dollar, the same to be paid to him by my executor within six months after my death. Fifth I give and bequeath to my second son Samuel Dunham twenty five dollars, to be paid the same as Mary Dickerson and at the same time. Sixth ’Äì I give and bequeath to my third son Sylvenus Dunham twenty five dollars, to be paid to him by my executor out of the avails of my property within six months after the day of my death and it is not to draw interest untill (sic) the day of my death. Seventh ’Äì I give and bequeath to my fourth son Abraham Dunham jr all the rest residue and remainder of my goods, chattels, debts, ready mony (sic) effects, and other my estate whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal, I give and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto Abraham Dunham jr and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Abraham Dunham jr, my youngest son, executor & administrator of this my will, hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I the said testator Abraham Dunham have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the ninth day or March AD 1863.
