Battle; A. Warner & Co.; 1887 Durham Township DAVID B. LAUBACH undertaker, P.O. Riegelsville, was born in Durham township, November 1, 1850. His parents were Peter and Levina Laubach, the former a son of George Laubach, of German, and the latter a daughter of Solomon Bachman; he was born in Pennsylvania of Dutch descent. David B. was educated in Durham township, and has always resided in the same place. In 1874 he married Dorothy, daughter of Samuel and Hannah Wolf, of Durham township. They have had three children: Samuel P., John G., deceased, and Gertrude Irene. For five years after his marriage, Mr. Laubach was unable to work, being subject to heart disease. He is a Lutheran, and is a republican politically. His business at present is that of an undertaker and embalmer. He is also a dealer in pianos and organs, and in books and stationery, and in the latter business is associated with his brother, Edwin P. Laubach.
