Daniel PEGG, of Philadelphia a certain piece of land lying east of the
Neshaminy Creek ... bounded by line of John BALDWIN south to land of John
OTTER ... containing 200 acres. Land being granted to Samuel ALLEN by a
patent dated 28th da, 9th mo, 1688, recorded in rolls of Book A, Vol 1, page
289-290. 8th da, 4th mo, 1692 the above was conveyed in open court unto John
BALDWIN for the use of Elizabeth PEGG. Rec: the 2nd da, 4th mo, 1692. Wit:
Richard RIDGWAY, Abigail STOCKTON."

for 35 pounds to John BALDWIN, Bucks Co., son-in-law of said Samuel ALLEN, 200

the natural love and affection, gives to his son Samuel ALLEN, Jr. a parcel
of land standing alongside of Neshaminy Creek ... [boundary] south to land of
Francis WALKER and Company containing 200 acres. Ackn: 8th da, 4th mo, 1692.
Rec: the 15th da, 4th mo, 1692. Wit: Richard RIDGWAY, John BALDWIN and Samuel
BEAKES."
