	        Deed: Job Bunting to Stephen Twining, 1698

	Know all men by these presents that I Job Bunting of Nottingam in
the county of Burlington in the province of west New Jersey yeoman
have remised released and forever quit claimed and by these presents
do for me my heirs executors & administrators remise release &
forever quit claim unto Stephen Twining of Newtown I the county of
Bucks and province of Pennsylvania yeoman his heirs executors &
administrators all & all manner of actions cause and causes of
actions suits bills bonds writing s obligatory debts dues duties
accounts sum and sums of money judgments executions extents
trespasses damages & demands whatsoever both in law & equity or
otherwise howsoever wch agt the sd Stephen Twining I ever had now
have or which I my heirs executors & administrators shall or may have
claim challenge or demand for or by reason or means of any matter
cause or thing from the beginning of the world unto the day of the
date of these presents In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and
seal ye sixteenth day of the third month called May in the year 1698
