First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid. I order and direct that my executor herein after named shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease- sell and dispose of my House in Bristol Boro. And for that purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my said executor to sign, seal and execute all such deed or deeds of conveyance as may be requisite and necessary, for the granting and Ö.. the same to the purchaser thereof in ÖÖÖ, and the moneys arising from such sale. I direct be equally divided between my daughter Ann Elizabeth Carr- John Henry Buck- Wm Amos Buck and Edward Buck share and share alike. I give and bequeath unto my son Edward Buck all my parlor furniture- also the furniture in my front bed room the balance of my Household Ö.s I direct to be sold and the money arising from the sale of the same to be equally divided between my children aforementioned. I do hereby constitute and appoint Albert R. Groom MD of the Boro of Bristol executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I Mary Ann Buck the testatrix haÖ.to this my will set my hand and seal this Twenty fifth day of December A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety one. Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Mary Ann Buck as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who have herewith subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testatrix each other.
