Girton of the Township of Newtown, County of Bucks and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish my Last WIll and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. First, - I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, as soon after my decease as may conveniently be ..... Second, - To my son, Walter S. Girton, of Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I give and bequeath the sum of Ten (10) Dollars. Third, - To my Daughter, Laura M. Girton Krusen, Wife of David Krusen, of Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred (200) Dollars. Fourth, - To my Daughter, Sarah A. Girton Rook, Wife of John Rook, Newtown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred (200) Dollars. Fifth, - To my Son, Elmer E. Girton, of Langhorne, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I give and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred (300) Dollars. This Bequest become operative and available only after my said Son, Elmer E. Girton has paid the two following described promissory notes (together with interest thereon at Five (5) per cent per annum) which I hold against him. Number #1, dated 29th November, 1909, for Seven Hundred (700) Dollars, payable Six (6) months after date, together with interest thereon at Five (5) per cent per annum. Number #2. dated 26th April, 1911, for One Hundred and Seven (107) Dollars and Fifty (50) Cents, payable in Six (6) Months after date together with interest thereon at Five (5) per cent per annum. Sixth, - To my Son, Howell D. Girton, of Omaha, Nebraska, I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred (100) Dollars. Seventh, - To my Daughter, Lilly V. Girton, now confined in the Asylum at Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred (200) Dollars. I do hereby constitue and appoint my two hereinafter named Executors to be the Trustees of this Bequest, and do authorize them to use the whole, or any part thereof, (as in their judgement may appear necessary) for the benefit of their said Sister, Lilly V. Girton, while she remains in the Asylum at Norristown; and in case she should die before coming into possession of the same, then said Executors are hereby authorized to use the unexpended balance of said Bequest in giving their said Sister a proper burial. In case my said Daughter, Lilly V. Girton, should regain her health and leave said Asylum, then said hereinafter named Executors shall pay over to her the unexpended balance of said Bequest or her own personal use. Eighth, - To the Newtown Methodist Episcopal Church, of Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty (50) Dollars. Lastly, - I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my hereinbefore - named Daughters, Laura M. Girton Kruzen, of Northampton Township, and Sarah A. Girton Rook, of Newtown Township, County and State aforesaid, to be the sole Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament. In Testimony Whereof, I, Hutchinson J. Girton, the above named Testator, have subscribed my name to the first page of this, my Will, and have subscribed my name and set my seal to this second and last page thereof, this Nineteenth (19) day of May, A.
